Initial Diagnostic Evaluation
60-75 minutes
Cash rate: $300.00
This is your initial visit. We will spend time going over your intake forms, completing a thorough physical, social, and psychiatric health history, formulating a diagnosis, and working together on an individualized comprehensive treatment plan.
Follow-up Appointments/ Medication Management and Brief Therapy
30 minutes
Cash rate: $150.00
During follow-up visits, we will see how you are adjusting to your treatment plan and make adjustments as needed. If you are taking medications, we will make sure that you are experiencing the intended benefits without bothersome side effects. Part of your visit may include brief, supportive psychotherapy to further enhance your care.
