Telehealth provides a unique care delivery model that greatly enhances access to care, but also presents some unique circumstances. The following policies are observed by this practice:

- We are not equipped to see clients who are actively in crisis. If you are actively in crisis and you are experiencing an emergency, pleaseĀ call 911/ 988 or go to your nearest emergency room or call the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).
- Due to federal regulations, we are unable to prescribe controlled substances (benzodiazepines, stimulants, etc.) to our clients via telehealth at this time. Please discuss this further with your provider during your consultation.

- Cancellation/No-show Fees: All clients will be required to keep a credit card on file. For visits not canceled within 24 business hours, a $50 fee will be assessed. After three no-shows, we reserve the right to discharge you from our practice.
- We do not offer refunds for completed appointments for either cash or insurance clients. These are healthcare appointments, and your insurance will be billed. If you are a cash-pay client, your credit card on file will be charged before services are rendered.
