I am a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience working with clients across the lifespan.

At Big Picture Psychiatry & Wellness, my goal is to help you feel and be your best self through medication management in conjunction with brief and supportive psychotherapy. 

I provide all mental health services via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. You can join online sessions from wherever you feel most comfortable at times that are most convenient for you. I am passionate about working with you to develop a plan tailored to your individual needs. While no in-person visits are available at this time, I assure you that you will soon feel comfortable receiving mental health services via the telehealth platform . In order to provide the most holistic approach possible, I am willing to collaborate with your therapist, primary care provider, or any other healthcare providers you desire.
